The gyoza and popcorn chicken are also really good and great apps for the table. I've been going here since they were at their old location and their new location is much nicer. “ Glad this place is in SLC, because now whenever I'm craving this specific type of rice noodles I can come here! I came late one night and just wanted a clean (清) chicken soup with noodles. We had to get the popcorn chicken (everyone else there ordered them as well haha) and it was good, although I wish they had different powder flavorings (plum or fried with basil). The soup was SO flavorful for a chicken soup and there was a LOT of chicken in my bowl. Overall, a super comforting, hot bowl of noodles. I'll definitely come back and try the other soup bases soon! The restaurant itself is cute and the workers were so attentive! They seated us away from the doors so we wouldn't get blasted by cold air every time they opened. And the food came out within minutes after ordering! They also refilled our waters frequently and came to check on us. Great service! ”
“ First impression: dog bowls. LOL. My husband and I came in for lunch without any idea what to expect. This place has a different twist in their noodles: you order a dish, then get served a tray of "ingredients" (or toppings?!) + a noodles bowl (no broth) + a big boiling broth bowl. The broth bowl, which is where you dump everything in to eat out of, was what we thought looked like a dog bowl lol. The portion of noodles are quite big. And the soup was very flavorful. Typical nonchalant Asian style service. Big dining area. Overall a good meal! ”
“ Obssessed with this place! Ten Seconds is my go-to noodle spot! Part of an international franchise, they specialize in Yunnan aka crossing the bridge rice noodles. Served basically as an individual hot pot, you put everything else in first and then the noodles which take 10 seconds to cook. The entire bowl stays hot for a long time, which is awesome! I always order the C1 pickled hot & sour soup with fish add-on. The soup is soooo flavorful and has the perfect spicy kick! Although I order the C1 practically every time, the D series szechian hot & spicy is also enjoyable. If you're looking for a new noodle spot, I highly recommend giving this place a try. Portion is perfect in my opinion. Love, love the fish, noodles, and soup! ”
“ This location is the old Pho 66. It has some updates, but they do need to replace the worn-out laminate floor in the entry. The food centers around noodle soup. It comes boiling hot to your table and then you add the ingredients, but beware it is still super hot even after adding the cooler ingredients, so it does take time to cool. We had the chicken soup with mushrooms. It was delicious and the perfect comfort food on a cold fall evening. Service was fast and efficient. I will be going back! ”
